Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We never receive or store full card numbers, expiry dates or CVV codes. We receive only what is needed to confirm the order: transaction status and reference, card brand and last four digits, amount and time of payment.

Technical data
When you visit the website our systems automatically record your IP address, browser and device type, language, time of access, pages viewed and referring page. This data is used mainly for security and statistics.
We do not collect special category data under Article 9 GDPR (health, religion, sex life, political opinions). Please do not send us such information through support email.

Providing your name and email is a requirement for entering into and performing the contract — without them we cannot deliver the product. The phone number is optional.

Each partner receives the minimum data necessary and is bound by a data processing agreement. We may also have to disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it.
Transfers outside the EU
Some technical partners may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer relies on a European Commission adequacy decision or on Standard Contractual Clauses under Article 46 GDPR. If you are in Vietnam, your data is processed in the EU because the business is established in the Czech Republic.

Once the period expires, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
Security and discretion
The website runs over encrypted HTTPS, database access is restricted and protected by two-factor authentication, and card data never passes through our servers.
Given the private nature of the product, we also apply the following rules:
- Confirmation email subject lines do not name the product.
- We do not publish customer lists and do not use customer names in marketing without written consent.
- We do not run retargeting advertising based on your purchase.
If a data breach occurs that poses a high risk to your rights, we will notify you and the supervisory authority in line with Articles 33 and 34 GDPR.

Persons under 18
